1. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no content from third parties. Fonts, images and video are hosted on our own web space. The enquiry form stores nothing, it only opens your own email app.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When pages are accessed, the server automatically processes data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the website. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose.

4. Enquiries by email

If you use the enquiry form, your own email app opens with a prepared message. The website itself stores and transmits nothing. Only when you send the email do we receive your name, your email address and the details in the message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and make you an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries). We delete the data once the enquiry is settled, unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example for business letters under commercial and tax law (up to 6 or 10 years).

5. No cookies, no tracking

We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or social media tools. The language selection works with ordinary links and stores nothing. The Instagram link is a plain link. Only when you click it do you leave our website, and Instagram's privacy notice applies.

6. Links in the catalogue

The texts in the catalogue link to sources from other providers, such as scientific publishers. Only when you click such a link does your browser connect to that provider. Its privacy notice then applies.

7. Fonts

The fonts used are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when the page loads.

8. Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise it by the padlock symbol and “https://” in the address bar.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Just write to us at info@curaathletics.com.
