Room 01 · Material
Classic kinesiology tape is made of cotton. Ours is not. Rayon is a smooth, fine fibre made from cellulose, densely woven and light on the skin. Made for long days, sweat and the shower afterwards.

Press and hold the strip and see how far it goes. Let go, and it springs back.

Room 03 · Shape
No scissors, no measuring. Every strip is 25 × 5 cm and has rounded ends. Rounded ends have no corners for clothing to catch on.
Clean, dry skin, no oil or lotion. Apply about an hour before exercise.
Peel off the backing. Always apply the ends without tension.
Rub firmly over the tape several times. This activates the adhesive.

Same material, same adhesive, same strips. Only the colour is up to you.

For everyone who tapes themselves. Pre-cut so you can do it alone, in the morning before a run or in the evening before a match.

We promise a material that holds: pre-cut, water-resistant, breathable, with a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive.
We do not promise that tape heals. The effect of kinesiology tape has not been clearly proven by science. Whether and how you use tape is best discussed with your physiotherapist or doctor.

Yes, the tape is water-resistant. Afterwards, pat it dry with a towel. Do not rub.
The acrylic adhesive is hypoallergenic. Still, test a small piece for 24 hours first. If your skin turns red, itches or burns, take the tape off straight away.
Slowly and gently, in the direction of hair growth.
Not on injured or irritated skin. Not on the belly during pregnancy. Please do not use it if you have cancer. Keep out of the reach of children.
